Will beta users be grandfathered when pricing starts?
Yes. Every user who signs up during beta gets a founding-user discount on whichever tier they pick when pricing goes live. Details shared via email before any charge.
When does paid pricing start?
No fixed date yet. We'll give beta users 30 days' notice before any change, and a free tier will continue to exist in some form.
Can I lock a partnership or enterprise deal now?
Yes — book a call. We're actively signing brokerage-house, freight-forwarder, consulting, and enterprise-integration partners right now, with founding-partner terms.
Do you offer non-profit or academic discounts?
For registered non-profits, university trade-compliance programmes, and SME exporters in emerging markets — yes. Get in touch.
Is the AI classification legally binding?
No. ECCN.help is an AI-assisted decision-support tool. Final determination under EAR, ITAR, or OFAC regulations remains the exporter's responsibility. Our output is designed to speed up review and audit — not replace BIS, DDTC, or legal counsel.
What integration options do you offer for ERPs and logistics systems?
REST API, MCP server for AI-native stacks, and pre-built connectors for SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics. Custom connectors for in-house ERPs, PLMs, and TMS platforms are part of the enterprise track.
Who owns the data I submit for classification?
You do. We retain classification records for audit purposes (EAR §762.2 requires 5 years minimum) but never sell, share, or use your product data to train third-party models. Full detail in our Privacy Policy.
What does a consulting engagement look like?
Scoped by need — from a single-product ECCN review to a full export-control programme rebuild, audit-response support, or compliance-team training. First call is always free.
How quickly can integration or a partnership start?
Standard API access can be live within a week. White-label and deep ERP integrations typically run 4–8 weeks depending on scope. Consulting engagements can start immediately.
Do you support regions outside the United States?
The current rule set covers U.S. EAR, ITAR, and OFAC. EU dual-use, UK strategic export, and India SCOMET support are on the roadmap and available today via consulting engagement.
