Is ECCN.help free to use?
Yes! ECCN.help is a free ECCN classification tool for all early adopters during the beta program. Sign in with LinkedIn to access all 9 tools.
Can I trust the AI's classification?
Our AI provides structured guidance based on the Commerce Control List, ITAR/USML, and EAR frameworks. It is not a substitute for official classification by BIS, DDTC, or legal counsel.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile page after logging in and click "Request Account Deletion." A confirmation email will be sent — your account is deleted only after you confirm via the email link.
What data do you collect?
We collect your name and email via LinkedIn sign-in, along with a one-time onboarding survey. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I log in?
Click "Login / Register" in the header and sign in with your LinkedIn account. No passwords needed — LinkedIn handles authentication securely.
