Enterprise Solutions

Your trade data should never have to leave your network.

ECCN.help is the public, hosted edition of TariffWolf’s classification engine — not an enterprise deployment. For organisations that classify at volume, or whose product data cannot sit on someone else’s infrastructure, we deploy the same engine inside your own environment.

To be clear about the public version. This site is hosted in the United States and provided for research and assistance. It is not an enterprise service, it carries no availability commitment, and controlled technical data should not be uploaded to it. The deployments below are what enterprise use looks like.

Three ways to deploy

On-premise

The full stack inside your data centre, on your hardware, behind your controls. Product specifications, classifications and screening records never cross your boundary. The usual answer where the data is itself controlled.

Private cloud

A single-tenant deployment in your own cloud account — your region, your keys, your network policy. Managed by us, owned by you.

Offline / air-gapped

No outbound connectivity at all. Regulatory corpora are delivered as signed update packages you apply on your own schedule, so classification carries on in an isolated enclave.

What an enterprise deployment adds

  • Your data stays yours. Nothing is sent to a third party for classification.
  • Deemed-export exposure drops. No foreign-national administrator holds access to your technical data by virtue of hosting it.
  • Volume classification. Bulk intake and API integration with your ERP or PLM, rather than item-by-item work.
  • Auditable determinations. Append-only records with the entry, the reason for control and the corpus version behind every answer.
  • Controlled corpus updates. You decide when the CCL, USML and sanctions data change beneath you — useful when a determination has to be reproducible.
  • Named support. Direct access to the people who built it.

Where it fits

Manufacturers and exporters with controlled product lines. Defence and aerospace suppliers working across ITAR and EAR. Research organisations with export-controlled programmes. Anyone whose compliance function has been told, in writing, that this data does not go to a cloud service.
